Our people

We believe that personalised approaches achieve the best outcomes for our patients. The same is true for our employees. We want to be recognised as the best place to work, that’s why we are taking an individual approach to diversity and inclusion because it is personal to each individual. We create opportunities for employees that are as unique as they are, and that enable all people to bring their unique selves to Roche and achieve their best work on behalf of patients.

Making the workplace fair and open for all is fundamental to our success.

True inclusion at Roche really is our priority. We are on a journey together, learning and growing every single day. Our efforts support the growth of our internal culture but also are crucial to influencing the systemic changes needed within the healthcare industry too. Early Careers at Roche

Our Early Career opportunities in the UK are split between Burgess Hill and Welwyn Garden City, and are designed to give those with little to no work experience the opportunity to work and begin your career journey.

By entering our early careers programmes, we will enable and empower you to develop and learn about yourself, whilst adding real value to our global organisation.

Being a part of a dynamic, diverse and inclusive organisation, your efforts will only enhance our overarching goal of “doing now what patients need next”. The next step is yours!

Wellbeing is more than just a strategy on paper

We live and breathe “LiveWell”: our global wellbeing programme which has run for over 10 years. From talks with big names, to painting rocks for our Zen garden, our year-round efforts touch every aspect of wellbeing.

Complimented with our incredible benefits (including free onsite gym membership) and occupational health support, no one is ever alone - there is always something or someone there to help.

Our Welwyn Garden City site has recently undergone an expansive refurbishment, creating an exciting, vibrant and collaborative working environment. Our Burgess Hill site plans are also underway.
