Clause 1. Access and use of the site

Clause 2. Contacting us to report an adverse event or for Information
This site is not intended or designed for the reporting of any possible side effects or adverse events. If you need to contact us to report a possible adverse event related to one of our pharmaceutical products, you can contact us either by telephone on 01707 367554 or by email to Welwyn.email@example.com.
We are required to document reports of adverse events, both for comprehensive safety monitoring of our products and also to fulfil reporting requirements to Regulatory Authorities. Please note that in reporting any adverse event, you will need to provide the following information (at a minimum) to enable us to process your information quickly and effectively:
• The initials of the person who experienced the possible side effect and/or other identifiers, such as gender, date of birth;
• The contact information of the reporter, namely the person who is reporting the issue;
• A description of the possible side effect itself, such as the signs and symptoms experienced, date the possible side effect started and the result of the possible side effect;
• The name and strength of the Roche product involved.
Please note that we cannot respond to questions about general medical information or questions regarding your personal medical condition. If you have specific questions relating to your personal health, please consult your physician

Clause 3. Amendments to the site
We reserve the right at any time to change these Terms and Conditions by posting changes online. You are responsible for regularly reviewing information posted online to obtain prompt notice of any such changes. Your continued usage of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
We also reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site with or without notice. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Site.
Clause 4. Reliance on Information Posted
Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

You shall not assert any claim or ownership to any trade names or marks or to the goodwill or reputation of Roche Products Limited or Roche Diagnostics Limited or their affiliated companies. VIII. intentionally or unintentionally violate any national or international statute, law, decree, rule and/or regulation; or
IX. "stalk" or harass another person; or
X. collect or store personal data about others.
Clause 7. Our liability
This Site is provided by us, free of charge, without any warranties or guarantees. We do not accept any liability for the quality of material on the Site, including but not limited to its accuracy, authenticity or correctness.
Furthermore, we do not accept liability for technical problems that you may experience with the Site. All implied warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Clause 8. Handling of material on the site

Clause 9. Viruses, Hacking and other offences
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
Clause 10. Termination
You agree that we, in our sole discretion, may terminate your use of this Site, and remove and discard any material you have posted on the Site, for any reason, including, without limitation, if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Clause 13. Links
As a convenience to you, the Site may include links to other websites or material that is beyond our control. Their inclusion must not be taken to imply any endorsement or validation by us of the content of the linked website. Roche does not accept responsibility or liability for any losses or penalties that may be incurred or for the accuracy of hyperlinks to third party websites or the content of such third party websites.
Our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. The website from which you are linking must comply in all respects with the Content Standards set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Clause 14. International use
Roche makes no promise that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this Site from locations outside of the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
Clause 16. Miscellaneous
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then to the extent that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted. The remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be decided only by the English courts.
