Top Employers certification for Roche in the UK

Roche, the leading investor in healthcare research and development in the UK (comprising Roche Diagnostics Ltd, Roche Diabetes Care Ltd and Roche Products Limited)   has been officially certified by the Top Employers Institute for its exceptional employee offerings.

Roche is a major employer in the UK, with more than 2000 employees nationwide. The certification, based on international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute, recognises the company’s excellent employee conditions, nurturing and developing of talent throughout all levels, and continual optimisation of employment practices.

The Top Employers Institute independently examines the HR practices and offerings that each participating company puts in place for its people, to create and maintain optimal employee conditions. It concluded that  Roche UK provides an outstanding employee experience across business areas, with high-quality initiatives that foster a positive culture whilst engaging, rewarding and motivating employees.
